Terms & conditions

• All pieces are handmade with care. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production.

• A 50% deposit is required before production begins.

• After your order is completed, you will receive a notification.

• Orders can be picked up in person, and the remaining balance is to be paid on collection.

• Shipping is available upon request. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be added separately.

• Since each item is made to order, deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

• For custom orders: design and detail choices are discussed thoroughly in advance.

• If changes are requested after production has begun, any additional work or materials will be charged on top of the original agreed price.

• Repairs: If a defect occurs within one year due to a problem caused by the making process, it will be repaired free of charge.

• Damage caused by improper use or careless handling is not covered and may be subject to repair fees.
